Docker Image does not build

The Docker image has Build Server variable set incorrectly code - link It seems the url has been changed from the existing download link. Can you guide me to the new url and I would update the docker image and raise a pull request

The server downloads.dbpedia-spotlight.org doesn't exist anymore. I just moved it to SourceForge. Could you, please, try again?

in Dockerfile ?
