[MS] KG Catalog: Create a basic amount (3-5) of working KGs covering different data lifecycles

Why: in order to build the system, some basic metadata records are needed. Setting these up will:

• show how well the editing works
• allow the initial creation of useful apps like the github.io viewer, the download and the docker loading.
