Autofix arbitrary keys specified in the `config()` macro

Today, the refactor command does not handle:

{{ config(random="random") }}

A regex parser could likely help identify these and auto fix them. If this ends up being too difficult, the minimum we need is to flag to the user this deprecation was not fixed, so that they have clear next steps on what's left in order to resolve all warnings

Got it. I could try to use a regex or just try to get the info from Jinja directly.
