Feature: Snowflake Iceberg tables (external catalog) #345

Describe the feature
This package should support creating externally-managed Snowflake tables for all supported Catalog Integration types:
- AWS Glue
- Iceberg REST (e.g. Polaris & Snowflake Open Catalog)
- Object Store (Delta)
I don't think it's worth shipping Iceberg object store as it requires the latest path to metadata.json
