Add :versionType to BIBO

Scholarly works can exist in different versions, any of which may be stored in a repository. SRAP recommends that the version type be taken from the COAR version vocabulary.

Recommendation:

• Add a version type property to BIBO as an object property.

@kcoyle What would be the definition of "version type"? Clicking on one of the types provided, "corrected version of resource" (altLabel), I see the definition "A version of the Version of Record of a resource in which errors in the VoR have been corrected". Another type, "proof" (altLabel), is defined as "A version of a resource that is created as part of the publication process". Another, "NA", is defined simply as "Not applicable (or unknown)".

This suggests a definition of "version type" along the lines of "A concept representing the nature of versioning inherent in a version resource", which could hopefully be worded more elegantly.
