pythonをダウンロードしているのになんかならない。

webui-user.batを開くとpythonが入っていないというエラーを吐かれました。

一応3.10のを入れているのですが最新のやつで使った方がいいですか？
他のバージョンは一切入っていません。

If you use the official python installer for windows, you may need to start webui from py launcher.
Rewrite the relevant line in webui-user.bat as follows

windows用の公式pythonインストーラを使用した場合、py lancherからwebuiを起動する必要があるかもしれません。
webui-user.batの該当行を以下のように書き換えます。

set PYTHON=py
