Hardcode ttyUSB support

I'm trying to set up TILP for my ti85, using a usb link cable. It seems that TILP by default only checks ttySX devices, and I have already modified link-gry.cc to fix this. My problem is that I cannot find where to put the file/modify install_tilp.sh to use my change instead, would you happen to know this?

You should be able to just run `make` in the tilibs/trunk folder? (Then `make install`)

Running make in the trunk folder returns a make error as seen below:

make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.

Well I had assumed you ran the script first, which I guess does setup everything correctly autotools/configure wise... but I guess if not, you can always try these steps: https://github.com/debrouxl/tilibs/blob/master/.travis/script.sh#L15

No luck with that either, the .travis/script.sh returns unsupported prebuilder even with cmake and autoconf installed. Where does the main install script put those source files then?

Use the standard build script, https://github.com/debrouxl/tilp_and_gfm/blob/master/tilp/trunk/build/scripts/install_tilp.sh , which will download both repositories, build the code then install it; after that, go to $SRCDIR/tilp/tilibs/libticables/trunk (SRCDIR defaulting to $HOME/lpg, per the script), then modify src/linux/link_gry.cc , and run make install again.

Work towards passing cable options, especially the device name, beyond the old ticables_cable_set_device() API which isn't wired into TILP, has started as a result of #63 , but it's not usable yet.

Regarding the tilp script, I mentioned "these steps" as in to run the specific commands from the line I linked, not to launch the script.
