Interest in a Decap CMS desktop app

I recently came across Publii, which is a cross-platform desktop app built on Electron that has a GUI for editing multiple static websites. It's codebase is GPL-3.0 licensed, but Publii functions quite different from the openness of Decap CMS as Publii also handles deploying sites to various infrastructures and does not allow choosing different static-site backends.

Is a desktop app that includes Decap something of interest to others in the community or am I an outlier who likes working and preview offline?
