[strider] Flushing old tokens

Somehow Strider does not dump old PATs when a new one is created and updated in the credentials file on a deploy.

The system user email isn't getting updated in the environment variables for the container. Possibly an issue with the deploy scripts?

Validated this is the only blocker to getting Strider up with a new PAT. Running on a cloned container with a manually fixed user email variable fixes the problem.

Strider also doesn't replace the old token and user for an existing project on the dashboard (stored projects). Removing the project and then redeploying the control repo fixes the problem, but it does remove all existing history.
