"View Submissions" in JOURNAL Event Type

For the JOURNAL event type, list all submissions that an author has made for a journal under a "View Submissions" tab / page / view.

Structured in order:

1. Submissions that are incomplete;
2. Submissions that are under review;
3. Submissions that are waiting for resubmission (e.g. from state "Reject with Encouragement to Resubmit" or "Accepted with Minor Revision"
4. Submissions that are wrapped up and in state "Accept" or "Reject"
