A 7B-8B DeepSeek model fine-tuned for **Turkish** would be invaluable for local users (like `CohereForAI/c4ai-command-r7b`).  

### Why?  
- The 685B model is impossible to run locally.  
- Gemma 1B shows great Turkish performance—why not DeepSeek?
