`LLMMetadataExtractor` cookbook recipe

@bilgeyucel Regarding the cookbook recipe Extracting Metadata with an LLM , there are still a couple of issues I have reported a while ago when the LLMMetadataExtractor was in experimental state, see this thread

For example:

• prompt has some inconsistencies; city entity will be extracted despite it has not been defined in the prompt
• typos (Pegeout -> Peugeot), incorrect HF founding location (Paris -> NYC)
