Many Notebooks won't render in Github: "Invalid Notebook"

Describe the issue
Many of the included Notebooks do not render on github and return:
Invalid Notebook
There was an error rendering your Notebook: the 'state' key is missing from 'metadata.widgets'. Add 'state' to each, or remove 'metadata.widgets'.
Using nbformat v5.10.4 and nbconvert v7.16.6

To Reproduce
Open a ipynb like:
https://github.com/deepset-ai/haystack-tutorials/blob/main/tutorials/35_Evaluating_RAG_Pipelines.ipynb

Expected behavior
Notebook renders in the browser.

What environment did you try to run the tutorial on?:

• OS: MacOS
• Browser Chrome
