Hey @chenqiang19 could you provide us a bit more details in your setup?

For example did you double check that you installed the necessary library with pip install hanlp-haystack before trying to import?

After installing hanlp-haystack the import statement from haystack_integrations.components.preprocessors.hanlp import ChineseDocumentSplitter does work for me.
