Add ability to export subset of controls/mappings based on some filter #181

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I have go to export my controls from Lula I would like a way to export only the ones that I have added mappings for or marked with a specific compliant status. This would provide me with an easy way to build metrics and visualizations on what percentage of controls I have satisfied.
Describe the solution you'd like
When I click to export controls, then I have filter options to change what controls are exported (defaulting to all). This could/should likely use the existing filter dialog and options.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I could filter these after the export but that is not user friendly.
