Ability to show percentage of mappings completed and graph #252

This came up last night when chatting with @jeff-mccoy, that we need a way to see the percentage of mappings done so far, and possibly visualize that data in a graph.
Since all data sets could theoretically look different, it would be up to the user to defined the column that represents "done" vs "not-done". In our mappings we are using "reviewed".
Describe the solution you'd like
- Given someone is reviewing the progress of mappings in Lula
- When they want to know how much is complete and they supply the column that indicates done v not-done
- Then they have a percentage and possibly a graph.

Additional context
We are making a kabab menu which could potentially house this option but more research would need to be done
