Integration of the oscal-cli for validating the OSCAL that Lula produces is both well-formed and valid.
Additional context
Integration would likely be in github actions until go-oscal supported this and could be imported into lula natively.
Need to ensure that oscal-cli can support the versions of OSCAL that Lula uses (1.1.2 now and 1.1.3 soon)
Expected Deliverable
- workflow for Lula producing artifacts to be analyzed by oscal-cli
