Crowbar 1.3 Change

Bus Order Change in Network Barclamp

The bus order is changing in crowbar 1.3 to allow for the removal of the lshw tool. A change to custom network.json files will need to modify the values. The easiest change is to do two replacements in this order: 1 /0/100/1c with 0000:00/0000:00:1c 1 /0/100/ with 0000:00/0000:00:0
