When video/audio is disabled or was failing, there is no hint

when video is disabled there is no feedback for the receiver but a black screen, would be better to display the crossed-out camera icon in the center of the black video in the self-preview, and also for the receiver side or switch to the avatar

moreover, for a nicer layout, the then black video screen should be surrounded by a dark black border.

in the case of the audio a crossed-out mic icon should be shown in a corner of the video

esp. for video, this should be displayed on both sides, but for simplicity, also audio should be displayed on both sides

As @Amzd mentioned, setting enabled = false on local side doesn't set muted = false on the remote site.

I just tested the replaceTrack() approach from #50 (comment), and this is what affects the muted state of the track. The following's value flips as the remote side switches the video on and off:

__callsManager.peerConnection.getTransceivers()[1].receiver.track.muted

I think that this would be the proper way to detect whether the other party has video disabled, as well as the proper way to fix #50.
