clicking email address creates chat immediately

if you click an email address by accident, like recently happened to me
a new chat is created directly, this adds potentially weird/unwanted email address to your contact list, creates unwanted chat and transports you to the new unwanted chat, which is quite disturbing and quite some clicking around to remove all the garbage and go back to what you was doing,

a dialog should be presented asking for confirmation to chat with the address if the contact doesn't exist yet, if the chat with the contact doesn't exist yet, if there is already a chat with that contact, then it is likely the user knows what they are doing and it doesn't create unwanted chats etc. so it is fine to jump directly, this is exactly the behavior in android
