Unable to connect through SSH

I get error while trying to connect through powershell
"CreateProcessW failed error:2
posix_spawnp: No such file or directory"

You need to install the cloudflare executable from here https://developers.cloudflare.com/cloudflare-one/connections/connect-apps/install-and-setup/installation

what to do after downloading and running it. Noting seems to work, it's just showing a terminal after opening the exe file and there I can write anything

open cmd and type cloudflared and if it is not added to path then add it .

I faced the same issue. You can specify the directory location of cloudflared instead of mentioning cloudflared in the path. Say like this:
ssh -o UserKnownHostsFile=/dev/null -o VisualHostKey=yes -oProxyCommand="C:\Users\Suhas\Downloads\cloudflared-windows-amd64.exe access ssh --hostname %h" -L 5901:localhost:5901......
