nextcloud appointments can be synced but are cancelled when moved

Hi,

I really like the new appointments feature of nextcloud. The appointments can be synced to org mode making them appear in my agenda. Unfortunately, editing an appointment (e.g., moving it to another agenda file) causes a cancellation of the appointment in nextcloud. What would one need to ask the nextcloud appointments developer in order to avoid unwanted appointment cancellations?
