There's no info about what's in different repos #950

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
navi repo browse gives me a list of repos in author/repo format. But I don't know who or what is in these. Why should I install isene/cheats or papnito/cheats ? I can visit them on github by manual copy and pasting, and then browsing the repo myself, but at that point I may as well download directly from github's webpage once I determine if it's a repo I want.

Describe the solution you'd like
A short blurb next to each repo with some context about what I'm going to find in it. "Mostly MacOS shortcuts" "Cheats for github's popular packages" "Cheats for common python tools" etc.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Some sort of spec where cheat repos put their blurb in a specific tag on their readme.md might work?
