Sorry, it was by mistake because we published a 2.1 LTS release by mistake instead of 2.2 LTS and there was a bug in the 2.1 LTS release that would publish to npm and set the latest tag. This is fixed now. |

I'm curious why the deno version for NPM was reverted yesterday to 2.1.14 from the previous 2.5.2 that was published on 9/24.
