Allow expanding the types displayed on hover

When hovering over a complex type, it's usually hard to read. It would be cool to be able to expand the types manually in order to see the final computed type.

This would upstream the changes in microsoft/vscode#94679 (comment) and therefore requires TS 5.7.

Update:

This was reverted upstream in microsoft/TypeScript#61132. It is now milestoned at TS 5.9.

TS 5.9 has been released. I'd like to bump this

We've upgraded to TS 5.9, and a setting to select the 'verbosity level' (or layers expanded) is available. But VSCode has some extra client side code to make them 'expandable' with the +/- buttons on the left: microsoft/vscode#246899. I'll have to investigate that.

Is this on the roadmap? It's nice if switching to Deno does not remove features from the editor setup
