Run a deployment

As a user, when I'm on the commit list, I should be able to run a deployment.
On the side of each commit, I should have a dropdown with all the environment available and just have to choose the good one.

Don't forget to add a confirmation before running the deployment
If no environments are configured, replace the dropdown by a "Create environment" link.
