Writable Task Should allow Multiple Modes

I think it's odd that the writable task only lets you pick one mode. I think there are cases where one would need to both ensure the files have the correct user and group AND have the correct permissions for files and directories:

recipe/deploy/writable.php

Makes sense! This is what I'm planning to refactor in v8.
