Add crontab:remove task

Hey all 👋 Loving Deployer. I'm just getting started with Laravel app development and this tool has made deploying to my server so much easier!

I'd like to propose adding a crontab:remove task alongside crontab:sync. There are times when I need to disable cron jobs for a specific environment and having a pre-built task for it would be great.

I can PR this feature if y'all think it's worth doing.
