Use FrankenPHP for provision

The provision feature as I understand installs a caddy webserver which is using php-fpm as it php process. Maybe a good alternative here would be to use a combined solution. FrankenPHP build on top of Caddy would be I think a nice way as it shipped a webserver + php inside one service.

FrankenPHP supports because of it requirements only new PHP versions (8.2, 8.3, 8.4).
