New pills introduced for selection of short-items. @erincd can you add a sentence for the admin role, and the super user role? |

Users can write, submit, and approve reports. Super Users are able to edit information of people and positions in their organization, and create locations, people, and positions. Admins have the ability to act as a Super User in every organization, as well as merge accounts, and set security features and default approval chains. |

Can we have a little description pop up when you select between advisor and super user to describe those permissions let the user do?
Also, after watching a super user play around with this, I don't think that the "Advisor" permissions should be called "Advisor". Can we rename to "User" for now -- that way we can avoid the issue that many ANET users do not actually advise?
