Discussion can take up too much space when shown by default #16
Description
Discussion takes up too much space in some areas - suggest making
the discussions expandable div sections that are collapsed by default so as to
avoid having to scroll past them.
103.21 is a great example where the "Discussion" on that point takes several pages of scrolling down to pass. On paper it is easy to page past such but not so in a browser, or on a tablet, and while the detail is great but if it is not relevant it can be frustrating.
