Allow to close view-define tags

I mean allowing to end template with closing tag like </index:>

    view content is here
</index:>
```

Web Storm IDE underlines unclosed tags as error. Moreover it breaks autoformat function in this IDE and makes it harder to write templates because of indentation issues. But if I try to close view-define tag I get an empty template.
