经过 12 轮分析后，后端还在持续输出，前端卡住不动

I also met this problem the AI SRE agent already got the final report about the root cause of the issue but the reporter agent had not been wakeup and generate the final report out. The whole root cause anlaysis procedure keep looping and never stop.
I hope the AI agents can be stopped by some kind of indicator then human operators can work on another issue.

This issue happens with public DeepSeek V3 + DeepSeek R1 and private DeepSeek R1 + Qwen 2.5.
