Please try the develop branch. I have now set it as the default branch. So, just clone again and try.

I don't have the time to maintain this anymore. Please see if any of the forks have a fix. Pull requests to fix this would be great!

I've had luck following this tutorial on setting something up with Ubuntu - putting it out there in case anyone wants to Dockerize it: https://worldoscar.org/knowledge-base/oscar-19-on-ubuntu-22-04/

Though my feel is that OSCAR is memory hogging enough that it is not worth it to run in on Docker...
