Gateway #4
Description

- We need one gateway per bridged asset ( bcs otherwise they're not isolated )
- the bridged asset is called to_bridge_token not to_axl
- on the front-end, the swapper (deus.finance/bridge) needs to have a dropped-down menu to switch from one gateway to the other ( and display the balances from the gateway )
