Using GoQUIC by DPDK?

Hi, all. I have some questions about GoQUIC.

What the relationship between GoQUIC and UDP? 

Does the GoQUIC repository contain UDP stack? 

Can I get packets by DPDK and send these packets to GoQUIC?
