I am thinking to use angular2-busy directive, but i didn't understand how to use. I am new to angular2 .Please create a plnkr or other guide. I have tried but not working at all, there was no error in console.

Why do not you give us an impression of your example? Maybe there's something wrong.
Step 1 - BrowserAnimationsModule and BusyModule Declared?
Step 2 - Annotation of properly used directive [ngBusy] = "mySubscriptionObject"?
