Roadmap Split: Dexie 4.0 / Dexie 5.0

We feel the need to get out dexie@4 to stable and have therefore moved many features from the 4.0-roadmap into a new dexie@5 roadmap instead.

New in the road map for dexie@5 is also an improved schema declaration:

• A new way of schema definition that marries typings with primary key- and index declarations
• Allows changing schema without having to update of the database version number

Dexie@4 is currently in beta and will soon get into release candidate state together with dexie-cloud-addon with the feature set they have today while the features missing from its previous road map are moved into dexie@5.
