Should bulkUpdate use TInsertType type? Same as update does.

The compare update and bulkUpdate methods types

update(key: TKey | T, changes: UpdateSpec<TInsertType>): PromiseExtended<number>;

bulkUpdate(keysAndChanges: ReadonlyArray<{key: TKey, changes: UpdateSpec<T>}>): PromiseExtended<number>;

In the former the changes are typed as UpdateSpec<TInsertType>, in the later as UpdateSpec<T>.
Should changes have the same type in both cases? Otherwise, we can't provide types for the bulkUpdate changes, the same way we could do for update when instantiating the Table type.
