Dexie Cloud: Gmail SMTP relay connection closed error

I have customized the SMTP configuration to use the relay service provided by Google Workspace. Everything works correctly including email templates. However, from time to time I'm getting the following error and due to this the system cannot send OTP emails.

Error: Server terminates connection. response=421 4.7.0 Try again later, closing connection.

After searching the web, I found this issue on Stackoverflow:

I don't know how you handle sending transactional emails on the server and this issue is somehow related but I just wanted to be sure that there is a solution or not before switching to another SMTP service.
