Example for Cookie Syntax

Thanks for the great software.
Could you please provide an example on how to configure an integer cookie, please?
I am failing to get the syntax. It won't be saved to url-watches.json
Version: v0.39.20.2 (armhf / arm64)

Does this definitely work? I have a cookie selection / confirmation that I seem to be completely unable to bypass. Even copying directly from desktop browser where the cookie has been set to suppress the message

Thanks @dgtlmoon - Just verified this myself. Not sure why I can't suppress the messages in that case. Grrr
