Hello. Some problems with encoding (diff & diff_full).
Using telegram notifications

I think there is a problem with encoding utf-8 ...
How can I solve it?

I'm having the same problem with Vietnamese (for website https://vnvc.vn/tin-tuc-hoat-dong).
Does changedetection.io only work with ASCII?

@dgtlmoon Might want to consider a warning in the UI as I imagine this to be a very common problem.

And also, it would be nice to have a link to both that Wiki and the third-party conversion tool on the Filters & Triggers tab.

One problem is that I tend to create filters by using the (beta) Visual Filter Selector tab. So I would have to remember to always visit the Filters & Triggers tab to convert the XPath to CSS. (Perhaps, this conversion can be automated some day)
