Empty replies when using DEFAULT_BLOCK_ADS=true with Playwright

Describe the bug
When using the DEFAULT_BLOCK_ADS=true option I seem to get EmptyReply - try increasing 'Wait seconds before extracting text', Status Code None. Takes a considerable amount of time so assuming timeout?

To Reproduce
Add a selection of URLs to be requested VIA Playwright with DEFAULT_BLOCK_ADS enabled and try to check for changes (or check after a successful check). Seems to affect most URLs for me but as a token example: https://www.whatismybrowser.com/detect/what-http-headers-is-my-browser-sending

Expected behavior
Page is checked, ads blocked and results returned

Additional context
I am using version: "2.1" in my docker-compose.yml if this makes any difference however it seems to run fine otherwise. Disabling the adblock option allows pages to be resolved again.
