[feature] Ability to Custom add to InStock / OutOfStock word list

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am attempting to monitor sites that have unique OutOfStock messages that are not being picked up in the current word list and showing In Stock when they are Out Of Stock

Describe the solution you'd like
Provide an easy UI or config file to add/modify the out of stock word list to allow end user input. A missing word from the current list is PreOrder

hmm yeah maybe some config page, but thing is, the page also says 'add to cart'... so it will think its IN STOCK anyway because there's multiple "add to cart" buttons there

and as the plugin reads its only for Re-stock detection for ...single product.. pages
