filter notification title

Hello,

I'm currently using this setup: ChangeDetection - {{watch_title}} : {{watch_tag}} : {{diff_added}}
The result in the email is this:
ChangeDetection - MXKPGE3-1/4 : Pessaries stock : (changed) temporarily out of stock, will ship when available<br>(into) Possibly in stock

I only want the part of (into) Possibly in stock show in the Email subject, not the whole different output.
How do I filter or grep this output?
