Ignore lines containing does not have any effect.

I am on a self hosted version. I have maked some text like "Meiltä löydät" fto ignore but I still get notified for chnage like

I can even see the highighted parts which should be ignoed with "Activate preview".

I think my issue is slightly differen from others.
