Please clarify Proxy List feature

How is it possible to configure proxy lists per request?
E.g. taking the initial setup, configure proxy A for site ynewscombinator, configure proxy B for changedetection.io changelog etc.

Or are these proxies just randomly chosen for each request and users do not have any impact on it?

Ah, this features has undergone some changes recently.
If anyone experience same issue: you need to install the latest version from this github repository, e.g. master branch. pip package is outdated.
With master version I finally see the new UI options to choose from proxy list per request (global default and for each entry under "Requests")
