Enabling webdriver on Raspberry Pi

I'm struggling to enable the web driver on Raspberry Pi, I've followed the instructions and change the docker-compose file as instructed but when I try to run it, it says 'Content fetcher 'html_webdriver' did not respond.'

If anyone else is struggling with this, I managed to do it by following the instructions on this site: https://pimylifeup.com/raspberry-pi-changedetection/
If anyone gets stuck on step 6 on the installing part, restarting my Pi solved the issue.
