Add a Zotero Bibliography list

Here is what we like to have:

• we have a shared Zotero Group in which members of the group can add publications (world readable but only writable by members)
• we want Hugo to read the contents of that Zotero Group on build and generate a bibliography page for it (entry for each entry in the group, with a standard citation style, should be importable by the Zotero plugin, pageable, etc).

If there already exists such a plugin for Hugo and it is maintained, great, let's use that. If not, either we'll fork the unmaintained plugin or write our own (let's talk about that if there is an unmaintained plugin).
