Support installation as a go module #43
Description
I'd like to install and use hugo-bibilography as a go module instead of a git submodule (should be possible to support both). I have partial experience with this (although it's been a while); I will see if I can get it working, and then once I've figured it out I'll propose some updates to the documentation.
- initialize this theme as a go module and push the module file to github so it will be considered published
- update documentation explaining alternate install as a go module
